Merry Christmas everybody! Here is the fruit of my Christmas eve labour, I'm pretty chuffed and there is still a bit of decorating to do tomorrow. If you want the recipe it is Paul Hollywood's and it is lovely...but intense. We adapted it a little with figs rather than berries.The great thing about this recipe is, it has no flour, so mum can partake with little guilt.
